Welcome to AppCheck, a developer tool owned and operated by Pack6 LLC. By accessing or using AppCheck (including our website, command-line interface, and related services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your access, use, content, functionality, and services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use AppCheck. Continued use of AppCheck implies acceptance of these Terms.
To use certain features of AppCheck, you must create an account via email or Google/Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete or deactivate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion tools provided in the dashboard.
AppCheck may offer paid subscriptions or usage-based billing plans. Payment processing is managed by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Refunds are subject to our internal policies and the terms of our payment processor. Please contact support if you have issues with billing.
By using AppCheck, you agree not to engage in any unauthorized or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
All content within AppCheck, including but not limited to software, code, design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Pack6 LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted no rights or licenses beyond the right to use AppCheck in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and artifacts you upload to AppCheck.
AppCheck is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. Pack6 LLC makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of the service.
You acknowledge that you use AppCheck at your own risk. Pack6 LLC is not responsible for any damages, including data loss, security breaches, or App Store rejections. While we aim to help you comply with App Store guidelines, we cannot guarantee that your app will be approved by Apple or Google.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or other policies governing AppCheck's use.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend AppCheck at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AppCheck are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jamaica.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When updated, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be revised. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.
Continued use of AppCheck after any updates constitutes consent to the revised Terms.
